Keys and Locks


Please take notice of the following:

A key request approved by the Department Chair or Director, must be submitted to the Department of Public Safety. Keys are ready for pick up within three (3) business days. If the key(s) is not picked up within thirty (30) days from submission of the request, the request is voided and a new request must be submitted to obtain said key(s).

In the event of office relocation, the requestor must return the key(s) of his/her prior office space.

Keys can be picked up in room L2.61 during the following office hours of operation:



Monday - Thursday

9 a.m. – 11 p.m.


9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Saturday / Sunday

10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

There is no intial charge for the issuance of keys. However, individuals will be charged a $10.00 replacement fee for each key that needs to be replaced. In the event a lock must be changed due to the loss of a key(s), the department will be charged $50.00.
