Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), in the Department of Public Safety, is responsible for coordinating environmental health and safety on campus and implementing mandated environmental and occupational health and safety programs for the College. The EHS staff also provides technical and administrative support to the campus community in the areas of chemical and radiation safety, hazardous materials management, occupational health & safety, etc.

Where to Find Material Safety Data Sheets on the Internet, Interactive Learning Paradigms Incorporated
Online training on hazardous, universal, and electronic waste is available to the Science Department through Inside JJC. After signing into Inside JJC, click on the Resource Center and look under "Online Training." There is a link to a quiz at the end of the training module that must be completed with a score of at least 92% in order to document your successful completion of the training.
