Personal Counseling Service Vocational Assessment & Career Counseling Event sponsoring The peer counseling department sponsors a wide variety of events. Check your John Jay Email for general announcements with fliers, or you can alternatively check the workshops and events tab here.
The peer counselors in the counseling department are trained to provide you with personal counseling and if you need someone to talk to stop in for an appointment. Our peer counselors are exclusively from the student body, and as students we have similar experiences so we can understand what you are going through.
The Peer Counseling Center works in collaboration with the Office of Career Development and senior counseling faculty to offer services which include vocational assessment, career counseling and a career library.
