Current College Initiatives:

  • The college food vendor created a healthy station, with salads, juices and other healthy foods.
  • The cafeteria food vendor recycles their cooking oils.


Initiatives Planned:

  • We will be collaborating with cafeteria food vendor on determining quantity of green materials in cups, plates, napkins and cooking oil.
  • Develop a plan to eliminate trans-fat.
  • Replace all vending machines for Healthy Vending system- included in new food vendor RFP.
