The College wishes to include green elements wherever possible in retrofit, redesign or renovation projects

• A landscaped plaza is being added to the College’s new building which is currently under construction providing a true Green Roof with soil, grass and landscaping which will reduce the cooling load in the summer and heating load in the winter savings huge amounts of energy which would normally be wasted.
