Through the Health Office, students can participate in health-related programs and activities throughout the year. These include health fairs, blood drives, health education, health insurance information, immunization clinics for MMR and flu, workshops, and forums.

In case of a medical emergency, the Office of Campus Security should be notified either in person, by phone (212.237.8888), or by calling on one of the emergency phones located in hallways throughout the college.
Registered Nurse Available
Located at the Health Office Director is a registered nurse offering health counseling and health assessments, minor first aid treatment, and blood pressure readings. Referrals will be given to area clinics for physical exams, reproductive health care and urgent care needs.
The College Health Office staff members are responsible for ensuring that students comply with N.Y. State Public Health Law 2165. This law requires that all new college students, born on or after January 1, 1957, provide proof of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR.) More about immunizations.
Also available are listings of clinic sites for free HIV testing and other sexually transmitted disease/infection testing and treatment clinics. Information is available on health insurance, dental services, and many different health topics. Students are invited to visit the Health Office in 2308 for health and wellness information.
