Space Reservations: Facilities Management maintains the system used to coordinate the use of College space on a reservation basis. This includes the use of conference rooms, lecture halls and classrooms on non-teaching days. Inquiries as to the availability of space must be submitted on a Space Request and Event Planning Form. Complete the form and it will be sent to the Office of Space Reservations electronically. Verbal requests to check space availability cannot be accepted until a completed Space Request and Event Planning Form has been received in the Facilities Management office. Space will not be considered "reserved" until a Confirmation Form (including Confirmation Number) has been returned to the requester via email.

Special Events and Set-ups: Facilities Management provides assistance in the coordination of special events. Cleaning services, room set-ups and furniture relocations are available. Please provide adequate advance notice for event set-ups.

Do not advertise or publish an event until the Confirmation Form has been received.
