President Jeremy Travis has led John Jay College of Criminal Justice since 2004. The author of numerous works on constitutional law, criminal law and criminal justice policy, A former director of the National Institute of Justice, he also is a trustee of the Urban Institute where he was a Senior Fellow at the organization’s Justice Policy Center.
John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a senior college of The City University of New York, is governed by The City University of New York’s Board of Trustees and the Office of the Chancellor.
