All of the courses in the NYPD program have been developed and are managed and taught by faculty committed to the professional development of police personnel. Your faculty has two major components: academic directors and course instructors.
Academic Directors serve as curriculum/course managers, course evaluators and presenters or moderators in selected classes. The academic directors created four completely new courses (ETH 190, PSC 191, CRJ 819), CRJ 810) that kick off the undergraduate and graduate components of the NYPD Program, and helped modify other courses in order to fit the needs of the program.
