About ACE at John Jay

The City University of New York’s Office of Academic Affairs and John Jay Colleg of Criminal Justice launched John Jay Accelerate, Complete, and Engage (ACE) and admitted its first cohort of 262 students in summer 2015. John Jay ACE is a baccalaureate completion program based on the principles of the successful CUNY Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP)  and designed to significantly increase timely baccalaureate graduation rates. The first cohort is now in its second year, supported by the Robin Hood Foundation, and based on evaluation has realized strong retention and degree momentum. A second cohort of students will be supported by New York City's Mayor's Office Centor for Economic Opportunity and the Jewish Foundation for Education of Women, starting summer 2017. For more information about the program, visit the ACE at John Jay ePortfolio.
