What is Audio Visual Services?

AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES provides presentation technology support for non-classroom college events, conferences, meetings, conferences and cultural programs for faculty, staff, and students and outside organizations.

We also offer multimedia production services providing digital video production and editing in SD and HD video in a variety of formats including DV, DVD, and video files. Our facilities include a professional three-camera broadcast television studio and a soundproof podcast recording room.

Please submit all your Audio Visual requests using the Audio Visual Request Form. Please note that ALL EVENT REQUESTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF FIVE-BUSINESS DAY NOTIFICATION.

PLEASE NOTE: AVS does not provide audio visual support for classroom needs. If a faculty member needs AV support for classes, please contact the DoIT Help Desk and ask to have a work order submitted to CTS (Classroom Technology Services).
