Leanne Mehno
I am a six-year veteran of John Jay College. I interned in the counseling department, later teaching counseling classes and advising students on navigating the college. Now I am an advisor in the Academic Advising Center and thrive on the diversity of John Jay students. They come from all walks of life and have their own flavor that they add to everything. When I give them academic advice, I’m helping them choose the right path for their future, but at the same time they are teaching me about life.
