Dean’s Welcome

I am delighted to welcome you to Graduate Studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. We offer exciting and rigorous programs, designed by our internationally-acclaimed faculty and related to the College’s mission of Justice, Criminal Justice and Public Service. We prepare our students to build and sustain just societies by using their talents to make a difference for themselves and others. In our graduate programs, our students learn how to transform their ideas into action and leadership through rigorous coursework, research, internships, community service, study abroad and other life-changing learning experiences.

Our graduates’ accomplishments are truly outstanding. They distinguish themselves through leadership positions in government, non-profits, businesses, and international organizations housed here and abroad.  Incoming students join a remarkable and diverse community of peers, faculty, and professionals in their graduate studies.
