Classism.Racism.Ageism.Sexism.Homophobia.
In the age of color-blind ideology and gender-neutralizing politics, a variety of social questions remain unasked. As scholars and educators, we cannot afford to ignore the presence of these invisible and unspoken issues that affect our communities and lives. In this session, we examine the ways in which class, race, age, gender, and sexual orientation biases influence our scholarship, teaching, and interaction with students and peers.
