Hey! My name is Brian Michael Doyle and I am a Peer Advisor at John Jay. I am in the BA/MA Program for Criminal Justice (earning my Bachelor and Master Degree at the same time. Look into the BA/MA Program!) I am currently in my 4th year out of 5. I picked John Jay College because of its superior and highly regarded reputation for Criminal Justice. The professors teaching Criminal Justice at John Jay are experts in their field either currently working or retired from the NYPD, other police departments, or federal agencies. Having professors who actually work and supervise in law enforcement is beneficial because you learn from their experience in addition to the textbook. Not all situations can be covered by reading a textbook, so it is a positive experience to learn how your professor would handle a situation. I plan on starting a career in the NYPD or for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency.

Fun Facts: I am an avid pool player, I attend car shows, and I play alto saxophone in a jazz band.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you need help! See you around!
