Dr. C. Jama Adams is a trained clinical psychologist with extensive experiences working with children and families. He also is trained as an organizational consultant and focuses on the dynamics of senior managers in social services organizations. His research interests include the adaptive strategies of poor African American men, and of poor African American fathers, the coping strategies of Caribbean immigrants, and the management strategies that facilitate good organizational outcomes for social services organizations.
