If I wasn't an Academic Advisor I would have been a cowgirl.

My major in college was Journalism and I chose it because I found that being able to absorb large amounts of information and convey crucial meanings in a succinct manner is beneficial in many areas of life.  I particularly love recounting people's narratives through oral story-telling and writing.

The top three life skills that I learned while in college are:
1) Time management
2) Logic
3) How to ask others for help

My favorite quote is:
Justice is what love looks like in public. (Dr. Cornel West)

If my life had a theme song it would be Leaf off/the cave by José González.
