Instructional Technology Support Services (1404N)
ITSS Student Computer Lab Center Hours
In order to use the Instructional Technology Support Services, you must have a John Jay College Student ID card with a current validated sticker.

One exception can be made each semester for a currently enrolled John Jay College student.
For holidays and days when classes are not in session, call (212) 237-8047 for a recorded message of the Center's hours.
Internet Policy
Due to the increasing number of students using Instructional Technology Support Services,
Internet use is restricted to work relating to your courses at John Jay College. This policy is necessary in order to ensure that all students are able to complete their course work in a timely manner.

Usage:
The Center is open to all currently enrolled John Jay College students. Students need a John Jay College photo ID with a current semester sticker in order to use the labs.

Usage Limitations
The 413T Lab is open to all users except when classes are being taught in the lab. A schedule is posted on the door each week, and copies are available.
Monday through Thursday, students are asked to use the 413T Lab for course-related purposes only between 2 pm and 5 pm.

Library Electronic Classroom
Open Lab Hours
The Library Electronic Classroom is used primarily as a teaching classroom. In the Fall, the Library Electronic classroom will be open for general use on Sundays, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Usage:
When the Classroom is open, it is available to all Library users.
Note:
Besides the computers in the Electronic Classroom, the Library has 48 available computers;
24 of these may only be used to access licensed electronic library materials, and 24 may be used for general World Wide Web access. These latter are available on a sign-up basis
(one hour per day) to all Library users.
