The counseling staff regard your questions, concerns and discussions as private and confidential.
The counselors are under ethical and legal obligation not to release any information regarding your contact with the Center. Counselors follow the ethical and legal guidelines of their profession (www.counseling.org) and do not release information to anyone, on or off campus without your written permission. These guidelines and the limits of confidentiality are fully discussed during the initial session.
