Sign Up Now for Emergency Notification System
The CUNY Alert system enables John Jay students and parents to receive alerts and information in a timely manner regarding all campus emergencies, such as severe weather situations, closings, or threats to personal safety. You can sign up at www.cuny.edu/alert. Individuals can choose how they wish to receive voice or text notifications via cell phone, home phone, e-mail, instant message, or any combination of the aforementioned. A parent’s number can be added to the contact list as well. The web page provides step-by-step instructions for signing up, and the process takes less than two minutes to complete.
