The new building construction will take 55 months. The official construction start date was February 1, 2007, Start and completion dates for all packages as follows:

- Excavation start date 2/1/07 current finish 8/08/08.

- Foundation work start date 7/2/07 current finish 12/22/08

- Structural Steel start date 5/17/08 current finish 7/22/09

- General Construction start date 7/14/08 current finish 7/29/11

- Superstructure Concrete start date 11/24/08 current finish 11/12/09

- Masonry start date 8/05/09 current finish 4/05/10

- Spray on Fireproofing start date 7/25/08 current finish 11/18/09

- Roofing System start date 6/18/09 current finish 6/11/10

- Vertical Transportation start date 8/24/09 current finish 12/20/10

- Acoustical Ceiling System start date 8/14/09 current finish 2/07/11

- Hoisting and Sidewalk Bridge start date 10/03/08 current finish 5/28/10

- Electrical start date 7/16/08 current finish 7/29/11

- Plumbing start date 11/1/07 current finish 7/29/11

- Mechanical & Fire Protection start date 7/31/08 current finish 7/29/11

- Exterior enclosure start date 4/10/09 current finish 7/19/10

- Integrated systems and Controls start date 10/09/08 current finish 7/29/11

- Project completion and owner occupancy starts by July 29, 2011.
