Bio

Mary Raymond resides in Queens, New York and is currently the Security Operations Manager for a hedge fund in midtown Manhattan. Professor Raymond was the Director of Security for the CME Group from 2013-2015 where she managed security operations in the New York, London, Singapore and India offices.  Prior to coming to the CME Group, Professor Raymond was the Department of Homeland Security's Regional Director for Critical Infrastructure for the Northeast covering the regions of FEMA 1 and FEMA 2. Professor Raymond retired in 2006 as the Assistant Division Chief, Technical Security Division of the United States Secret Service.  Assignments included Washington, DC, Los Angeles and New York. Professor Raymond started her technical training while in the United States Army for 7 years where she was assigned to the White House Communications Agency serving as a Communications Specialist. Professor Raymond received both her Bachelors and Master’s Degree from the SUNY system which offered both in class and on line courses. She serves on the Board of Directors of the John Jay Center for Private Security and Public Safety.
