Bio

Sadie Huang is a Yoga Alliance certified - Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and holds a certification with Precision Nutrition and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a functional movement expert and an injury prevention and rehabilitation specialist. She is highly sought after for personal training and has served as an Adjunct Professor of yoga and health for John Jay College of Criminal Justice, since 2011.

 

In addition, she is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Education with a concentration in Spiritual Mind Body practice at Teacher’s College, Columbia University.

 

Sadie has shared her love for yoga at local churches in Brooklyn and Manhattan, numerous non-profit organizations, NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Tiger Schulmann's Mixed Martial Arts, and Equinox. Her students and clients appreciate her fun yet therapeutic approach to yoga. Her teaching consistently receives rave reviews, which she credits to her motto: "consistency is the key to success."
