Bio

Timonthy  Flannery, MS, is a member of the Kidder Township Emergency Services Commission in Pennsylvania and a retired member of the Training and Education Advisory Council for the New Jersey Fire Safety Commission. He has authored various articles on fire training for Fire Engineering Magazine and the Voice from the International Society of Fire Service Instructors  (I.S. F.S.I). In addition to John Jay College, his teaching experience has included fire science programs in Passaic County Community College and Warren County Community College in New Jersey, as well as being an instructor at several fire training academies throughout New Jersey.
