Joshua Wilson, Assistant Professor of Government, received a BA and a PhD from the University of California at Berkeley. His academic interests are found at the intersection of law, politics, and society. Professor Wilson's research concerns the abilities of constitutional ideals and legal processes (e.g., litigation, legislative hearings, etc.) to constrain or structure political passions. A portion of this research appeared in Studies in Law, Politics, and Society, Volume 35, edited by Austin Sarat.
