Hello! My name is Hannah Chu and I’m a Forensic Science major, Criminalistics track. After graduation, I plan on getting a graduate degree in Microbiology, Entomology, Biochemistry, or Plant Pathology. I’m currently a PRISM student doing research in the field of entomology (the study of insects), and as a result, insect collection has become a hobby of mine.

I decided to become a Peer Advisor because I really enjoy helping my peers in any way possible. This job gives me the opportunity to advise students and help them succeed while learning a lot from my peers, too.

In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga and exploring aromatherapy. I also love reading and playing music, specifically the guzheng. I’ve been playing the guzheng since I was four years old, and now I professionally perform for different events. Of course, binge-watching shows on Netflix is also something I love to do!
