The conference will be held in the The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino, which has offered attendees a special basic room rate of $195 (not including taxes and fees). There are only a limited number of rooms reserved for June 9-12 at The Ritz-Carlton so, to be sure of securing a room and the special conference rate, make your reservation early.

Visa
Conference attendees from outside of the United States may require a visa to enter Puerto Rico . Generally, the appropriate visa type will be the B-1 visitor visa . An overview of this visa type and the process of obtaining one may be found here
