Spring 2017 hours: Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 9-10:30am & 1:30-3pm
My name is Jaelyn Buggs and my major is Forensic Psychology. I am originally from Houston, Texas and I sought out John Jay College because I have a passion for the individual mind and the correlation it has to Criminal Justice. My career goal is to work with criminals who have psychological incompetencies.
I wanted to become a Peer Advisor because I love interacting with the students at John Jay and helping others succeed in their academics is a bonus! Being here at the Academic Advisement Center is a great opportunity and I have grown both professionally and academically.
I am also involved in the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship here at John Jay. In my spare time I like to listen to music and keep up to date on the latest fashion trends.
Fun Facts: I love watching make-up and hair tutorials on YouTube and Lil Wayne is my favorite rapper of all time.
