Stephen K. Rice, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, Police Science and Criminal Justice Administration at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He also serves on the faculty of the Doctoral Program in Criminal Justice of The City University of New York (CUNY). His research interests include criminological theory, the social psychology of terrorism/punishment, race/ethnicity and crime, and justice research (procedural, restorative). His research has appeared in outlets that include Criminology, the Journal of Criminal Justice, Policing, the Journal of Ethnicity in Criminal Justice, and Brill’s Race and Ethnicity – Studies in Critical Social Sciences.
