This workshop examines the connections between food preservation, access and consumption through a queer lens, exploring its ties to gender, politics and cultural norms. Through hands-on demonstrations and tastings, attendees will learn how traditional food practices foster sustainability, resilience and community empowerment within LGBTQ+ spaces.
