August 10th the conference will be held at CUNY Graduate Center. (Map/Directions)

The conference does not have specific accommodations. Therefore conference attendees will be required to make an off-site reservation in New York City. Below is some information from www.hotels.com for hotels near John Jay College.

If you are coming to New York for the American Sociological Association (ASA) meetings, John Jay College (Tenth Ave @ 58th street) is within walking distance of the ASA conference hotels and The CUNY Graduate Center (5th Ave @ 34th street) is just a short subway/bus/taxi ride away.

If you are in town for the Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) meetings and/or the Association of Black Sociologists (ABS) meetings, The CUNY Graduate Center (5th Ave @ 34th street) is within walking distance of those conference hotels and John Jay College (Tenth Ave @ 58th street) is just a just a short subway/bus/taxi ride away.
