Hyewon Chung earned her Ph.D. at Quantitative Methods in Educational Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. She arrived at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2009 and is currently a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. Dr. Chung has been interested in applying statistical/psychometric methodologies to practical issues in social and behavioral science. In particular, she has explored hierarchical linear modeling for cross classified multiple membership data; structural equation modeling for cross-cultural group comparisons; and meta analytic techniques for single-case research designs.
