Financial Aid Information

Financial Obligations to the College

1. Students who resign from classes after the third week of classes will be held liable for all tuition and fees associated with that registration. A student who subsequently finds he/she is unable to receive financial aid will be held responsible for any and all balances due to the College.

2. Any student with outstanding debts to the College may not register for a succeeding semester until the debts are cleared. Payments will be accepted by cash, credit/debit card or money order. Payment by check for a prior semester balance will not be accepted at registration time. A student in this category who registers will have the registration cancelled by the Registrar’s Office.

3. Students who have outstanding debts will be notified by the Bursar’s Office that they are delinquent in paying their tuition and fees and will have a specified time period in which to pay back their debt, and if payment is not made on time, there will be charged the $15.00 non-payment service fee.

4. Students are responsible for the return of college owned or controlled property and will not be permitted to register or receive transcripts until such obligation is cleared.
