David Schroeder is a Ph.D. candidate in Criminal Justice Department of the Graduate Center at the CUNY. Before attending CUNY, Mr. Schroeder served as a defense investigator with the Orange County Public Defender's Office, Orange County California. His research interests include homicide investigation techniques, episodic homicidal behavior, policy analysis, and police decision making.
