If I wasn't an Academic Advisor I would have been a humanitarian travelling around the world helping to provide resources to those in need.

My major in college was Sociology and I chose it because I was always fascinated in understanding how individuals interacted and maneuvered in the world.

The top three life skills that I learned while in college are:
1) I am in control of my destiny.
2) Hard work pays off.
3) There are little victories in not getting everything the first time around.

My favorite quote is:
If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.

If my life had a theme song it would be My Power by Beyonce.
