Upward Bound is a college preparatory program that serves first-generation, low-income students. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete high school and graduate from post-secondary institutions. Students in Upward Bound will receieve academic and social support throughout the high school career in order to achieve their goals in their post-secondary career.
