Classroom Lab Support Services (CLSS) provides all classrooms with technology support and enhancement through Classroom Technology Services (CTS). Our dedicated CTS staff are well trained, technology savy and ready to help to make the classroom technology work for you.
The DoIT Help Desk will process all CTS service requests.
These services include classroom presentation equipment deliveries, technical support for presentation equipment (mobile and Smart Classroom installations), and training.
In order to best facilitate CTS delivery service requests, please note the following procedures.

The Help Desk will process all CTS service requests via email or telephone.

Please submit a service request five business days prior to the date of delivery.

Requests submitted less than five days prior to the date of service will be honored on a first come/first serve basis.

Requests cannot be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the date of service.

Confirmation of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within 24 hours.
