Campus Visits:

- Appendix A: Arranging & Paying for Campus Visits - guidelines/process

- Notes on Documentation - notes to keep in mind on documentation

- Room Request Form - to request hotel room (5 days advance)

- Travel Approval Form (TAF) - compelete in advance for candidate travel

- RF Payment Request Form - for faculty reimbursements (e.g., meals with candidates, posting ads)

- RF e-Travel Expense Voucher - for candidate travel reimbursement

- CUNY Employment Application, Part One - for all interviewees to complete

Faculty Search Committees - Charge/Training Dates:

TO SIGN UP: All search committees should attend charge training together. Once the committee has their job announcement(s) (PVN) approved and ready for posting and their Recruitment Plan Certification Form approved by Gabriela Leal, they will be able to schedule a charge training via a link to be provided.
