If I wasn't an Academic Advisor I would have been a counselor.
My major in college was Criminology and I chose it because I am interested in studying the minds of criminals.
The top three life skills that I learned while in college are:
1) Working under pressure.
2) Highlighting is important!
3) It is okay to seek help from others.
My favorite quote is:
We did not ask for this room or this music. We were invited in. Therefore, because the dark surrounds us, let us turn our faces to the light. Let us endure hardship to be grateful for plenty. We have been given pain to be astounded by joy. We have been given life to deny death. We did not ask for this room or this music. But because we are here, let us dance. (Stephen King)
If my life had a theme song it would be American Soldier by Toby Keith.
