Please make an appointment using the link below before visiting our service counter (walk-in service is limited). Your photo ID & EMPL ID# (CUNYFirst ID) are required. Wait times may be greater than expected and we will make every effort to honor your scheduled time.

Before making an appointment, please ensure that:

• You filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application at www.studentaid.gov 
• Students applying for New York State TAP must also complete an application at www.tap.hesc.ny.gov/totw/
• You submitted the federal loan application using the 'Direct Loan Processing Form' located in your CUNYFirst account. (Entrance Counseling, Master Promissory Note & Exit Counseling are completed online. If this is your first federal direct student loan, you should complete Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note at www.studentaid.gov)
