John Jay College was ranked #11 in the nation and #1 among CUNY colleges for promoting economic mobility by Third Way, a public policy think tank. Their study ranked four-year colleges based on the proportion of students receiving Pell grants, the cost of attendance and students’ expected earnings after graduation. 

The ranking demonstrates John Jay’s commitment to providing students from lower income backgrounds with access to college education and to the middle class and beyond.
