Admissions Requirements

William E. Macaulay Honors College's application is designed to reflect an applicant's academic record and preparation for the rigorous intellectual experience in this program. Admission depends on high school GPA (typically 90 or above), writing sample, letters of recommendation and an interview.  The admissions process considers the unique qualities each student brings to the program.   Leadership, curiosity and drive to make a difference in the world are the marks of a strong applicant.

All supporting documentation for the Honors College application, including the essay, recommendations and transcripts, must be postmarked by the deadline to be considered. The Honors College cannot consider late or incomplete applications. Please see a list of upcoming deadlines below:
