Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is committed to the accurate preservation, maintenance, and timely update of student academic records, while providing administrative support for the College’s diverse community in a manner that is efficient, professional, ethical, and with integrity.

• Provide timely, detailed guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Administer an efficient scheduling and registration process that is aligned with the College’s curriculum in accordance with our policies.
• Ensure that the College maintains accurate academic and enrollment records for currently enrolled students and alumni in accordance with CUNY’s guidelines,
• Enhance service delivery through the use of innovative technology.

Students are responsible for fulfilling all admission, course, and program prerequisites, as well as meeting the degree and graduation requirements. They are also responsible for observing college deadlines, attendance policies, and the rules and regulations outlined in this undergraduate bulletin.

The Office of the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management is responsible for enforcing all academic rules.  Appeals of rules and regulations should be addressed and filed in writing with the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Reminders

• Applications for the Spring 2024 graduation are open and will close on March 31, 2026.
• Last day to file ePermit request for Winter 2026 session is December 26, 2025.
• Last day to file ePermit request for Spring 2026 term is January 16, 2026.
