Bio

Professor Aidiniou has been teaching comprehensive health education, including nutrition, sex education, HIV/AIDS, mental illness, aging, death and dying, chronic and communicable diseases, alcohol, tobacco, illegal, and prescription drug education for over fifteen years. In her efforts on saving thousands of lives through organ donation awareness in 2016 she was honored with the "Making a Difference in the Community" Award by Live On New York. She also focuses on raising money running Celebrity Charity events through a non for profit called D Up on Cancer.

In 2019 Professor Aidiniou wrote the curriculum and obtained a grant to help launch a new certification program for Community Health workers at Nassau Community College.
