Web Project Update: April 27, 2023

RE: New Website: Phase 2 Updates - Academic & Student Affairs

Here are some updates and new info on the website project:

• Phase 2 [Academic & Student Affairs] continues with content migration/review and front-end development. We anticipate Phase 2 will wrap-up in May/June, followed immediately by work on Phase 3 [all remaining pages].
   
• Phase 2 & 3 content owners should be reviewing their current content and assessing what to update, adapt, delete or create. Orientation session info, training videos and a user guide are on the project page [login credentials will be sent after attending an orientation session]. Estimates of when pages will be ready for review are here.
   
• Phase 2 front-end development includes embedding videos & slideshows, incorporating additional social media feeds, optional left-hand navigation, a login page with robust resources, SSO, additional formatting options and more.
   
• Phase 1 of the new website launched on March 4, as scheduled. Phase 1 included the Homepage, About Us, Admissions, Advancement and News & Events.
   
• The project continues to track to goal. All five project indicators [overall status, risk, budget, schedule and scope] are green. [See the dashboard for details.]
