RE:  Announcing John Jay's First-Ever Compliance Week: October 19th - 23rd

The Office of Human Resources is excited to launch John Jay College's first-ever Compliance Week, taking place October 19th-23rd. This college-wide initiative is designed to make it easier than ever for employees to complete required training, check their compliance status, and learn about available resources.

Whether you prefer self-paced learning, in-person instruction, or virtual options, Compliance Week offers something for everyone.

Compliance Labs
Need dedicated time to complete your trainings? Stop by one of our Compliance Labs between 11am-3pm!

  • Monday, October 19th
  • Wednesday, October 21st

Employees may arrive at any time during lab hours and stay as long or as little as needed to work on self-paced compliance trainings. Staff will be available to assist with accessing courses, checking completion status, and a representative from the Office of Learning Management Systems will be present from 11am-12pm to support.

Compliance Express Pass
Need to complete a live training quickly? Join one of our in-person Express Pass sessions.

Tuesday, October 20th

  • Cybersecurity Awareness: 10-11am
  • ESPARC: 2-3pm

Thursday, October 22nd

  • Title VI: 10-11am
  • Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP): 2-3pm

Throughout the week, look for our Compliance Check Stations across campus. Stop by to:

  • Check your current compliance training status
  • Get assistance navigating training requirements
  • Learn what trainings you may still need to complete
  • Enjoy complimentary coffee and other treats

No appointment is necessary.

Prevention training sessions scheduled throughout the remainder of the Fall semester.
