Notify OAR of Intent to Apply
Notify OAR of your intent to apply for a grant, at least three weeks prior to the submission deadline.

Preparing for Submission
Grant submission should take place at least 48 business hours before the deadline. Grant applications must go through internal approvals prior to submission.

If your proposal is successful, some sponsors, particularly federal agencies, will request additional materials/information after submission.
