Schedule all your language tutoring appointments with EAB Navigate via the browser. 

• Students can also download the EAB Navigate app on their phone or tablet
  • Navigate360 Student - Apps on Google Play
  • Navigate360 Student on the App Store (apple.com)

How to log into EAB Navigate and schedule an appointment:

1. Use CUNYfirst credentials to log into Navigate (i.e. firstname.lastname##@login.cuny.edu)
   • Difficulties logging in?:
     • Username: firstname.lastname## (must include the numbers at the end of the CUNYfirst username)
       • Must enter the domain - @login.cuny.edu
       • CUNYfirst username is not the same as JJAY email username
     • Password: current CUNYfirst password
     • Access Denied message OR just cannot get log-in to work?
       • ​Delete cookies and cache files from browser OR try to log-in using a different browser
       • Can also try ​resetting CUNYfirst password
2. Click Schedule an Appointment
3. Choose Type of Appointment - Tutoring
4. Select Service under the preferred Center - Language Tutoring / Modern Language Center
5. Choose a date.
6. Click - Find Available Time
7. Select preferred course.
8. Select preferred date and time with a tutor.
   • The How would you like to meet? field in the Available Appointments window will indicate the mode of support.
     • In-person (7.64NB)
     • Virtual Meeting (online via Zoom)
9. Review appointment details.
10. Click Schedule.

• Select Service under the preferred Center - Language Tutoring / Modern Language Center
• Choose a Date
