We are excited to announce the launch of the redesigned Annual BRAVO Employee Recognition Program.This is your opportunity to recognize the exceptional work and dedication of our staff across the college community. 

The BRAVO Employee Recognition Program is designed to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of our staff whose work brings to life the vision of the College’s Strategic Plan and CUNY’s 2023–2030 Strategic Roadmap. By shining a light on their commitment to justice, equity, innovation, collaboration, student success and, sustainability, we honor their impact and inspire a culture where every member of our community feels valued, supported, and empowered to excel.

🔹 Eligible Award Categories Include:

  • Changemaker Award (Individual)
  • Excellence in Service to Students Award (Individual)
  • Innovation & Excellence Award (Individual or Team)
  • Outstanding Team Collaboration Award (Team)
  • Silent Champion Award (Individual)
  • Sustainability Champion Award (Individual or Team)

Who can nominate?

Any member of the college community, including students.

What is the selection process?

  • Nominations must reflect contributions made during the previous academic year (AY 24-25) for which the nominee will be recognized.
  • Selection will be made by majority vote of the BRAVO Employee Recognition Committee. Only one awardee (team or individual) will be selected by the committee for each category.
  • Winners are ineligible to win for two consecutive years.
