Center for Cybercrime Studies: Professor Marie-Helen Maras, Ph.D., director of the Center, served on a National Academy of Sciences panel on Cybercrime Classification and Measurement. The panel produced a report on Cybercrime Classification and Measurement (2025).

The Department of Interdisciplinary Studies welcomes assistant professor Wendy Barrales, Ph.D., founder of the award-winning Women of Color Archive. As a sociocultural scholar, Dr. Barrales, the daughter of formerly undocumented Mexican immigrants and a first-gen college graduate, explores embodied theory, critical race feminism, and decolonial pedagogies.
